On a per-minute plan, a five-minute call uses five minutes of your allowance. With us it is one call. If you get a lot of calls, Jodie’s unlimited minutes may suit you better, and we would rather you knew that now. See every comparison. How paying works
Most people start with the free 7-day trial: no card, your line is live within minutes of the set-up form, and you add a card only if you want to keep it. Paying straight away works the same way: you pay for your first month, or your first year, then fill in the short set-up form, or let us fill it in from your website, and your line switches on as soon as you save it. If you cancel within 14 days of your line going live, you get everything you paid back.
On Business, a second location, such as another branch, van or instructor with its own line, is half the Business price.
