Questions
Cyberstaff alternative FAQs
What is Cyberstaff?
Cyberstaff is a UK AI receptionist. It answers calls 24/7, takes bookings into a connected calendar, sends email and SMS notifications, and keeps recordings and transcripts of each call. You pay a monthly plan that includes a set amount of talk time.
How much does Cyberstaff cost?
Cyberstaff lists Starter at £30 a month with 100 minutes of talk time (about 50 calls), Growth at £60 with 240 minutes (about 120 calls) and Scale at £120 with 600 minutes (about 300 calls). Extra minutes cost 30p, 25p or 20p. Its pricing page does not say whether VAT is included.
Does Cyberstaff pricing include VAT?
Its pricing page does not say, so ask before you sign up if you are not VAT registered: VAT at 20% on top would take the £60 Growth plan to £72. While You Work shows its prices + VAT: Pro is £69 a month + VAT, £82.80 including VAT.
What is the difference between Cyberstaff and While You Work?
Cyberstaff charges by talk time, so what you pay depends on how many calls you get and how long they last: on its own figures, about 120 two-minute calls fill the £60 Growth plan, and on short calls it is cheaper than us up to about that number. While You Work charges per call: 50, 150 or 400 calls a month on Starter, Pro or Business, with each call counted once up to 10 minutes, and every caller is told they are speaking to an automated assistant. Website chat is on Pro and email replies on Business. Both answer 24/7. Booking into your diary is on Business at £129 a month + VAT, and urgent calls can be put through to your phone from Pro.
Is there a free trial?
Cyberstaff offers a 7-day free trial with full access and no card. So does While You Work: 7 days with no card, up to 30 calls or 60 minutes, then a card keeps the line or it stops, and once you pay there is a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can ring 01202 144997 to hear our own receptionist first.
