Privacy policy for US customers

DRAFT, NOT IN FORCE. Our US privacy policy is being reviewed by a US attorney before launch. We are not taking US sign-ups until the reviewed version is published here.
In plain words, this is what we expect the policy to cover. It is a summary, not the policy itself.
- We record and transcribe calls to your While You Work number so we can pass the details to you. Callers are told at the start of every call.
- Recordings are deleted after 30 days. Transcripts are kept for 12 months.
- Your account and call records are held on our servers in London, England. Our voice and AI providers process call audio and transcripts to answer each call.
- We do not sell your details or your callers' details.
- This website uses analytics cookies for our own visit statistics only, never for advertising, and you can turn them off from the banner. Visitors in the EU and EEA are asked first.
- Text messages: if you opt in, we text the cell number you give us about urgent calls to your business. Message frequency varies with your calls. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We never share your cell number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. Full details are in our SMS terms.
